Entrevista
The interview process was lengthy, consisting of 5–6 rounds: an initial telephonic conversation, a phone screening, two technical interviews, one round with the Engineering Manager, and a final HR discussion. At each stage, HR confirmed the agreed budget. However, despite this prior alignment, the final offer was significantly lower than discussed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the mismatch between initial commitments and the final outcome.

1 Culture fit round
1. Telephone round - fixing time and basic questions
2. Video call round - asking questions in depth
3. Task round - I applied for People Success, so I got two tasks - The first one dealt with making an announcement based on a company policy document and the second one was testing my recruitment skills for 1 or 2 positions they had mentioned
