Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fui entrevistado pela inLighten (Depew, NY) em jul. de 2013
Entrevista
I went on multiple interviews. Each time I went I interviewed with a different person or group. The interviews were spaced out about to three weeks apart. The last interview I was made an offer. I was expected to make a decision, which I did.

I applied through a Jobot posting. The first step was a phone screening with a Jobot recruiter. I was told that I would hear back from him in 24-48 hours. However, there was a delay with reviewing resumes so I didn't hear back until a week later. I scheduled an interview with the recruiter. Since I happened to be in the area, it was onsite. He also mentioned the possibility of a technical assessment after the interview.
When I walked in the building, they first had me complete a paper application which struck me as odd. After that as done, I was led into a room. A minute or so later, 3 developers walked in, each holding a copy of my resume. Most of their questions were about my resume/experience and the questions were very detailed. They also asked a little about the languages/frameworks that I use. I also remember them asking which language/framework would I use if I could only use one for the next 5 years and why. They didn't seem very patient to wait for an answer to their questions so if you take more than ~5 seconds to answer a question then they might just skip to the next question like nothing happened.
After they left, the IT manager came in and asked general questions about my preferences for the position and why I'm looking to change jobs. Then he said he'll leave and see if anyone else wants to speak to me. However, someone came in a minute later and said I'm all set to leave. Counting the paper application, I was there for a total of around 40 minutes.
Afterwards, the recruiter said I'd get feedback within a day or so. I haven't heard back in some time and they are still promoting the job posting (at least once a day) so I'm going to go ahead and assume they aren't interested.

When someone submits the form that you created (referring to my resume), how does the backend prevent multiple users from submitting the same input at the same time?
