In the 4th and final round, I met him who started the convo off by scolding my experience in technical support and how it wasn't relevant to the CSM position. He then asks what my instagram handle is and which clubs I go to in Los Angeles. Lol such weird questions to be asked in a professional interview. Glad I dodged a bullet and "family" business based on the glassdoor reviews.
