They reached out to me on LinkedIn because they liked my experience and asked if I would like to set up an interview. I went on to have an initial video call with the hiring manager. It seemed to go well and she asked me to send along samples of my work and they would be back in touch soon.
I went on immediately after the interview sending plenty of samples and thanking her for her time. I didn’t hear back at first which I figured was standard. After about 2 weeks of hearing nothing I reached out again to follow up and still nothing. It’s now been 2 months, I’ve been hired at a different company, and still no response from inSegment. Very unprofessional hiring practices!

Entrevista
One online questionnaire and one test upfront, without meeting anyone before that.
The test consisted in a lenghty analysis and optimisation for several google ads campaign (6 h work minimum). I sent general suggestions.
A video interview followed. After ut, the interviewer asked me to analyze in detail the campaigns and propose optimisations because they wanted to see how I think.
I sent back the analysis for 2 campaigns (out if around 6 whith many adgroups).
I had a final interview with the director where he offered me half of the salary range I asked for.
A complete waste if time on my part. Maybe they should either stop asking salary range if they are going to disregard it, or maybe publish it with the ad.
