First they explain about there projects, each and every member talk to us about the company,
then they shortlist some folks based on written test and 2nd round was technical interview.
O processo levou 4 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa incapsulate (Bengaluru).

2 rounds of interview. I had a very high salary expectation and I had conveyed the same to the HR before the process itself. She was ok with it. The last round was managerial. He did not ask me one technical question also. But he gave the feedback that I was not technically fit.
Please stop wasting candidates time AND EFFORTS.
