Recruiter reached out and sent me the link for the online test, after completion followed a quick call from the recruiter to to qualify the opportunity for them and myself Following on from this was a meeting with a current account manager to get a more in depth understanding of my experience. Then came the final interview with 2 team leads with more situation and experience based questions. Everyone who I came in to contact with throughout the experience was great and very friendly. The interview process was very smooth, with a clear structure and was professional throughout. The talent partner ensured that I was set up for every chance of success at every stage, and helped to make the process comfortable. Although there were multiple stages, this helped to test different areas of my competency, experience and cultural fit. By the time the offer was made I was very clear on knowing this was the place I wanted to work. The interviews reflected the role very well, giving you real hands-on examples of the type of work you will encounter during the day-to-day of the job. Overall, the process was one of the best I have had, with the main positive aspect being how friendly and engaging the interviewers were, and how they made an effort to explain the role clearly alongside the company culture and expectations.
