Ablauf war:
1- Recruiterin
2- Hiring Manager mit Case Study
3- Territory Manager
Die ersten beiden Runden waren super, in der Dritten kam es zu persönlichen Differenzen. Das Gehalt wurde von Runde zu Runde wage gehalten (zum Glück wird das ab 2026 untersagt europaweit). Bevor ich ein Angebot annehmen oder gar bewerten kann, möchte ich natürlich auch Klarheit haben. Kritische Nachfragen haben verärgert, so dass mein erstes Angebot nach unten korrigiert wurde.
Weirde Erfahrung. Hiring Manager war sehr sympathisch, hat aber inzwischen die Company verlassen.

Quite interesting. Both technical test with sql and power bi and business understanding questions. How you solve problems with data. Two rounds of interviews, the second round is more technical

A challenge that consisted of 4 extensive topics, each of which needed a preparation time of about 4 hours. There was missing information on the data that should be used to prepare the challenge and much left for interpretation. I think the time needed to prepare this challenge and to present it far exceeds what is reasonable for a recruitment process.
