Pretty inhumane. They told me I was in the top 10% of applicants without a human ever talking to me. The assignment was to create a 6 MONTH project plan, unpaid, to receive an auto-rejection with incorrect feedback. They’ve clearly automated the majority of their hiring process in a bad way. Top 10% and want a 6 month plan but won’t actually speak to you.
