3 interview over all! 1st is a generic phone interview - just to see if you're a good fit, 2nd interview is with the HR manager - asking more HR questions vs technical questions. Seeing if you're a good fit and credentials are right for the position. 3rd interview is with upper management, and who is potentially your boss. More technical questions and specific examples of your previous job. But still general since this was more of an entry level position.
