O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela lululemon em ago. de 2011

I applied online and got an e-mail for a group interview. There were three other people there, along with a manager and an assistant manager. They asked us some questions and we were all encouraged to answer all the questions but weren't required to. You just had to speak out. They talked a lot about lululemon as a company and its culture, values, and beliefs and basically tried to see how in tuned we were to them to see if we'd be a good fit.
A few days later I received an email inviting me to a one-on-one interview and a yoga session beforehand. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make the yoga class but I still had a chance to talk to the manager afterwards. We met up at a coffee shop where the manager offered to buy me coffee and we just talked. Very casual, short, and I was encouraged to speak plainly. The manager asked me more questions like my strengths/weaknesses, how I would 'sell' a certain technical piece, and for some ideas regarding community outreach. I was offered the job on the spot and I accepted.

Group interview with multiple candidates and the manager and assistant manager. You get asked a question by the manager and everyone takes turns answering the questions and then repeat until the interview is complete. Then they call you for round two.
Personality based interview centered on empathy and being an overall nice person that is understanding and open minded. Wait times vary for callbacks and positions are often applied to by a lot of people.
The interview focused less on technical retail knowledge and more on personality, communication, teamwork, customer experience, and alignment with the company values and culture.
The questions required thoughtful and personal answers, so preparation definitely helps. It felt like they were looking for authenticity, self awareness, and strong people skills rather than scripted answers.
Advice for candidates: prepare real examples from previous experiences and practice speaking naturally on camera. Energy and communication style seem very important in the process.
