I applied online and received an email for an interview one day later. The interview took place the following week. There were three other candidates present and two employees interviewing us. Pretty informal and laid-back, the interview took place outside. Attire is casual, usually athletic attire. All of the other candidates were all athletes and drew from their athletic experiences in relation to the company. While I enjoyed getting to know everyone, I decided that the company was not the right fit for me.
