Lululemon had one of the more fun interview processes that i have ever done. The questions on the online application were fun and asked things like "if you had the chance to give anyone a high-five who would it be," and "what is your life's theme song?"
I filled out an online application and then a week later was asked to meet for a group interview. The interview was very casual and was a group of about 6 applicants at a coffee shop.

What is one thing you would change or improve about Lululemon
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
