The HR department at lululemon is extremely unprofessional, which was shocking and honestly disappointing. Long story short, the recruiter called me 10 minutes late, said “we have about 15 minutes,” and for every response I gave, there was no communication or conversation that followed. Just “thanks for answering.” It was very odd. It was clear from the start that the recruiter had zero interest. I sent a thank you email the next day regardless because lulu was a dream company of mine. One week after my interview, I got a call from Vancouver (which is abnormal) so I answered, and it was the same recruiter calling to introduce herself and “begin the interview”…. But she didn’t remember that she already interviewed me… I was embarrassed for her. The best part is, she called 10 minutes “late” AGAIN! After she said “we have about 15 mins, I’m going to tell you about the role,” I jumped in and said “we actually already met last week” etc. She literally muted her phone and did not say a word after that. I waited a full minute and said “are you still there?” And no response. I get it - it’s embarrassing, but that’s super unprofessional. I hung up after about 1.5 min of radio silence. A few minutes later she called me back and said sorry and that her computer had crashed…. Not sure how that makes sense but I said no problem. Overall, super disappointing to have someone like this representing lululemon, but I’m glad it happened. Probably not a good sign for corporate. I ended up accepting a role at a different company anyway. My advice to corporate/HR - don’t set up interviews with people unless you have interest in them as a candidate and can be professional, on time, and engaging.

it was fine, it was just a phone interview with a gal. Though I never heard back as she was going out on pto the next day. blah blah blah blah
