They encouraged a dialogue form of an interview. Very conversational. Informal setting. There are two interview stages, one with the members of the team and the second with your manager. It is usually the other way around, but this is how Lululemon differs.

Four interviews stretched out over multiple months. First a preliminary call, then a solo interview, followed by a panel interview and final call with head of department. Long pause in hiring process.

Had several interviews with different managers for different positions, but none of them got back to me. HR kept calling me about potential matches, but failed to keep me updated.

Entrevista
three rounds of interviews, first round with recruiter, second round with hiring manager, and final round with a panel of peers and future stakeholders. The whole process was done over about a 2 week period, and the interviews themselves accumulated to about 2.5 hours of time commitment outside of any preparation.
