There were two interviews conducted. The first interview was a group interview that was virtual. The second phase of the interview is individual and in-person. Both had you meet with managers at the store and were very relaxed, all of the questions were scenario-based and they wanted to see how you would answer. Also, the attire is very casual.

Group meeting was first, and just classic interview questions like "what would you do in this situation." You had time to answer and think about your answer.
