I had an interview scheduled, and they called me during our appointment time instead of meeting on Teams. Then, the recruiter proceeded to tell me they had 400 applications and 20 candidates, so we would no longer be interviewing. Why schedule the interview in the first place if you're going to cancel at the last minute? Totally unprofessional.
