Entrevista
After applying, you get an email within a couple of days with a sign up sheet for which day and time works best for you. The interview process is supposedly 3 interviews long, but I have only made it to the 2nd interview both times that I had applied. The first interview that you sign up for on the sheet is a group interview. If you are selected to move forward, you will get an email within the following week to notify you and set up a date for the second interview which is a solo interview with just you and a manager or couple managers. Again, you usually find out within the week if you will be moving forward from there which I'm guessing would be the last interview round and it's only you against one to two other persons.
As for interview questions, they ask your basic questions relating to any experience you have related to the job title and what if scenarios. Just be honest, friendly, have a good attitude, and make sure you are being respectful and attentive to the other interviewees as well. The interviews have always been super chill and laid back compared to other more "professional" setting interviews I've been in.

So far I have completed 1 of the 2 interviews in the process. My first interview was with the store and assistant managers. The assistant manager asked the questions and the senior manager asked clarifying questions.

1. Applied online.
2. Received an email with description of availability requirements and a form to fill in showing what hours I have available.
3. Interviewed with two assistant managers.
4. Interviewed with the third assistant manager and the store manager.
5. Was told I would hear back by a certain Friday, I didn't hear back, I emailed the thread of managers asking for an update, didn't receive a personal message back but then got the stock rejection email from the ATS.

The interview took place over zoom. It was a group interview. One other candidate interviewed with me. 2 store managers were present, one was taking notes while the other conducted the interview.
