Had originally applied for a call center position, but was asked to interview for the work force specialist position due to my admin background. Was asked to come in for an interview the next day, which went well, then was contacted the following morning and asked to come in later that day for a second interview with no notice. Both interviews were very normal with standard questions. I met with 2 of the recruiters the first day and one of the managers the second.
