Entrevista
Three interviews, not back to back. First interview is in a group setting with other applicants. You might be required to do a "sweat date", meaning workout with the managers during an interview. The fact the interviews are not back to back forces applicants to waste time and money on transportation. This shows that Lululemon managers put their time first and do not respect applicants' time. Three separate interviews is excessive. Other jobs with similar pay and more responsibilities only require a phone interview followed by a panel interview, a much more efficient approach and just as effective. Essentially, Lululemon thinks it is more than a retail company, which it might be, but it is not Google or Amazon, so it should try to hire like them.

Entrevista
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
