The main focus is less about having retail experience and more about being authentic, friendly, and a good fit for the brand’s culture.

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
