First round is quite chill, it will be a group interview style and one or two of the store's key leaders will observe the way you interact with the people you are interviewing with. There will be a few scenario questions to find out your personality and that will decide if you're in or out. Second round is similar, just that it's with the store manager instead. Just be genuine, and be competent. They're quite picky with who they hire so your interview must stand out.

Group interview with 7 other people and two current staff members, the interview lasted roughly 30 min. We each took turns answering 5 questions, about ourselves, what we like about the brand, and we had to “market” a product
