First I had short 10 min call with interviewer, than I had interview online with 2 hiring managers and HR employe. They asked me questions related to my work experienced and verified my knowlegde.

Back then, we had an excellent manager conducting the interview. The whole process was great. The whole process was painless, and it was straight to the point. I can't say that about the current manager. Very much depends on who you get. Every region runs their processes differently and there's no cohesive strategy.
