Our interview process takes place approximately 2-3 weeks depending of course of the required needs, we want to make sure we hire the best candidate for our company. We follow specific company guidelines as to the process of each interview so we have a complete picture of the candidate and the reason they applied for the role. Also this allows us to have an overview of the candidates strengths and areas of improvement so we can also adjust our training and procedures accordingly.
