I met with the HR team, some other general members of the team and the CEO. Everyone was kind, asked lots of great questions about who I was as a human being and my hobbies not just role related questions. The CEO was very friendly and we chatted about things not related to work as he wanted to see who I was and if I could fit in with the team. I really enjoyed the process and they all made me feel really comfortable. I ended up choosing Medchart over other offers because of how much I liked the teammates in the interview process. Everyone can across as super passionate about the mission and kind.
