Entrevista
There is a three part interview process.
First is a phone-screening with HR director.
Second is 60 minute zoom with direct manager and hr person.
The final interview is with a panel of people - demo lesson and then questions in round.
If you make it to the final round:
** Do not trust the attendee numbers they give you - 11 people in person for me was actually 4.
** You’ll need to prepare for hybrid participants.
** In the panel, you should prepare for them to repeat questions from previous rounds.
** Their interview demeanor stands out most. It stands out so much that I felt compelled to share some of what I noticed, and it led me to Glassdoor to see what was up. I recommend you bring some heavy hitting questions about their culture - they will likely dodge, but you’ve got to suss it out.
For me, the vibes were off.
