Entrevista
* I applied for this position through LinkedIn posted by Recruiting firm. I received a call from the agency personnel to set up a screening call with the IT Director of Moebel.de.
* After this, I went on-site for assessment test, for the next step they asked me to do another coding task which was not sent to me on the promised date and time.
* After submitting the solution, they selected me for the position and asked me to submit my documents to get an offer.
* For 1 week, they didn’t reply back. On my follow-up email they mentioned the hiring manager has changed, there will new selection process and the previous decision doesn’t stand anymore. I was asked to give another assessment interview with new manager, he didn’t seem really interested and finally after several follow up emails for weeks rejected me. There was no strong justification as to why the hiring manager suddenly changed in between the process or why they rejected me.
* Overall, the entire recruitment process was very unprofessional, mismanaged, not well communicated and wasted a month
