One over the phone interview where the employer verified that there would be no glaring issues with me working at the company Transport/Criminal history/Dress code etc
Two in per interviews that touched on the technical end but were mostly done to ensure that I would fit in with the company culture and so that the employer could find out my general disposition and motivation towards working with people and working with technology as well as to go over my working background.
The process took about 2 weeks from first call to the last call where the CEO informed me I was not going to be selected for the position.
Overall the process was prompt and professional and I was given a very clear explanation of why I was not selected for the position.
