I applied for the role after hearing about the opportunity from a headhunter on Linkedin. The interview process consisted of three main stages: an HR interview, an assignment, and a final interview with the copy-editorial team. After the first-round interview with the HR manager, I was given a business case assignment with a 3-day deadline. Following its submission, I was invited to move forward to the final interview. Overall, the final interview went very smoothly and took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Although I felt naturally a little nervous, I was also genuinely pleased and excited to learn more about the role and the team. The conversation flowed well, and I felt comfortable engaging with the interviewer in a more natural way. It was a valuable experience that allowed me to better understand both the position and the working environment.
