I had an interview with the recruiter as the first step. I then had a 1:1 interview with the Technical Writer Manager who was very nice. The interview was super casual. I am next scheduled to interview with a panel of Technical Writers I'd potentially work with. I am still in the process, which has taken several weeks due to the Christmas break.

The process consisted of a phone interview, a writing test, and an in-person interview. During the in-person interview I talked with several members I would be working with as an associate technical writer. It was a pleasant interview process and my only regret is not being able to get the job! Everyone in the entire process was very nice and welcoming, so I have no regrets.
