Well structure. I was contacted by an HR representative and then interviewed by different members of the team . There was a case study which may have had real data in it.

There was a first interview with HR followed by a case study and a second interview with the operational lead. It was a clear and well structured process, the HR team supporting with contracts etc... was also helpful. I was able to visit their office before making a decision.
