Three rounds: Pre Screen with Recruiter. Interview with 2 people for 45 minutes. Panel Interview, 3 people total, 30 minutes per person. Ultimately, it felt average in difficulty. The 2nd round was much harder in my opinion as they asked a lot of hypothetical questions to get an idea of what you'd do as a manager in the future. This may have been more difficult for me as I have never managed more than 5 people in a team while they were asking in terms of 20+. A lot of "tell me about a time" but also a good chunk of time is spent talking about things that are on your resume. Everyone who I talked to was really friendly and intelligent too which helped calm my nerves.

I applied online and received a phone interview a week later. I then interviewed on-site three weeks later with two managers, a director, and HR representative. I was then offered the position about a week after the on-site interview.
