It was a phone interview and the interviewer sounded bored the entire time. He said he was looking for someone with an advanced science degree, but did not seemed to know what a research-based thesis was.

Got a phone screen within a day of applying with a partner. Call went south extremely fast. He was incredibly rude and made his disinterest speaking with me very clear. He questioned why I chose to pursue my current career path, belittled my educational achievements and work experience, and disregarded any of the answers I gave him. When he allowed me to ask questions, one of his replies was “I’m surprised I need to answer this for you when you can just google it.” - never gotten this type of response before for a simple but valid question. I would never want to work for a company with these type of person at the helm.

Scheduled a 15 minute phone call with the partner Rouhan. As mentioned in the other reviews, he will grill, attempt to belittle you, and really put you under pressure. It is an interesting tactic and effective I must say. I didn't really prepare because I thought it is only 15 minutes, no big deal. But, he was able to filter me out. Some advice: prepare well. Know the industry, know what management consulting is all about, know their clients, know the process, know everything.
