Recruiter informed me of the jon, forwarded my resume. I had a phone interview which was followed by an in-person interview. I was offered the job within 2 days of the in-person interview. The questions were pretty rote for the position I was interviewing for. It was clear that I had the skill set needed, but the hiring manager seemed to be probing for a more personal fit, which was unusual considering it was for a contract position. By the end of the interview, the interviewer/hiring manager had relaxed and we had established a nice rapport, including exhanging personal anecedotes.
