First a short phone interview. I was located in a different country within the EU so there were a lot of difficulties for both sides. Regardless the process was quick and with direct feedback. It lasted about 3 weeks. The main interview was standard for the industry, the interviewers were friendly and maintained a professional yet relaxed tone throughout the interview. The questions were good, within the framework of the required work and the interviewers were attentive to my answers. After that, a test took place that was indicative of the work requirements. After that, negotiations and relocation support started within a few days.
