Entrevista
The interview was with the Human Resources department and another person who was never introduced to me. The HR representative was unable to engage in small talk, very cold and distant. I found her to be very unprepared; it seemed like she was just reading off interview questions and had no familiarity with my CV. When I asked questions about the day-to-day responsibilities of the position, they were unable to provide clear answers.
On top of this, they were super unpunctual.
Overall, it was a terrible interview experience.

Entrevista
VERY STRANGE. 2 very positive interviews with the hiring consultant which led to a final interview with the owner. Meanwhile I did my usual due diligence, contacting some people related to the company, but was told they could not speak to me!!?? The final interview started with the owner "complaining" about my intent to research the company. Confronted with this surprising approach, I explained my reasons, and the owner seemed to accept because the rest of the interview was pleasant and positive. Ending the interview, the owner said they would send me a formal offer. Then silence. A few days later I reached out to the hiring consultant to ask about the offer. The next day he comes back with a standard mail saying they went for another candidate, without any further explanation or feedback.
