I was interviewed by a Senior Associate first and then by a Partner and the Senior Associate together. Each interview lasted for about 10-15 minutes. The process was very cordial and conversational, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. My impression is that 'fit' is a big criterion after one has established that the basic knowledge is in place.

The interview was a one on one which lasted for about 10 minutes. It started with basic hr questions and went into technicals for the remaining 7 odd minutes. The interviewer appeared to be disinterested throughout and seemed to be in a hurry to get over with the interview. But it was a good learning experience nonetheless.
