I went through two interviews with Obodo for a Senior Product Designer role. The team seemed engaged at first, but after the second round — complete silence. No rejection, no feedback, not even a generic follow-up email. Just ghosted.
For a company that positions itself as human-centered and collaborative, this was a disappointing and frankly hypocritical experience. If this is how they treat experienced professionals during hiring — with zero regard for their time, energy, or basic respect — I can only imagine what it's like working with or for them.
Everyone’s busy. But ghosting after multiple rounds isn’t being “busy,” it’s being careless and disrespectful. It signals a lack of maturity in the hiring process and a disregard for people behind the portfolios.
If you're considering applying to Obodo, proceed with caution. The red flags start early.
