Very poor communication. Sent three emails to confirm the interview. Among five recipients, only one person showed up and was rude and arrogant, and didn't introduce herself at all. I asked about the traineeship program as described in the job posting, but clearly she does not know what trainee means, nor the job positing. Very unpleasant interview experience.
