Clearing online test was the most difficult phase. once you are done with this process it gets quite easy . GD topics were given the day before the recruitment drive. ( so no need to worry, you can prepare well ). After GD , a functional interview was scheduled for the following day. It was good. They basically want to find out if you are fit for the position they are recruiting you for. Interview wasn't too much technical it was more like explaining my resume. What I did and why I did that ?
