Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa ooma (New York, NY).
Entrevista
An aggressive recruiter contacted me on Linkedin. A 45 technical interview one week later followed by a 2:45 hrs interview with 3 technical interviewers 2 weeks later.
I was asked very weird questions for a software developer position. Questions like listing commands of Docker\Kubernetes\Linux. I was even asked to name some of the Java standard library classes. The weirdest discussion I had with thei Se ior Solutions Architect was trying to convince him that String is a class in the Java standard language package.
Interviewers were rude and one of them asked me to turn my camera on, although, he never switched his on.
The biggest disappointment was when I asked one those 3 super heros about what I would be gaining in this role and found out that he did not know what position he was interviewing me for.
Remember that aggressive recruiter on Linkedin who bombarded me with calls and SMSs on weekends? He even did not respond to my SMS after the interview.
All in all. One of the worst interviews I ever had through my 15-year career.
Whenever Ooma get to you for a job, just ignore them. Believe me it is not worth the stress.
