The interview process was very lengthly. Took about 2 months of back and forth, including multiple phone interviews and two different design tests. The process overall was very unprofessional. The first phone interview I had set up, the interviewer never called me. A week later, they asked to set a new time with hardly any explanation as to why they had missed the first call. Later, I had video interview and was asked to postpone it minutes before the call. After multiple interviews and completing two (lengthly) design tests, they stopped contacting me. I had to email multiple times asking for feedback and got silence in return. Eventually I got a generic rejection email. I have never experienced another company asking for this much before moving to in-person interviews. The design tests seemed excessive for an early stage, and the company seemed very disorganized in missing/rescheduling interviews.
