Interview is a three step process. Recruiter followed by a case study round followed by a leadership interview. The interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable, but the process is very unstructured. The case study lacks sufficient information and lot of things are left to the assumption of the candidate. They say they are not looking for right or wrong answers but it was clear in the interview that there is a lack of coordination between teams and the requirements of a candidate is vague.
