Informative and timely experience. Once I applied, I received a notification of the Vibes interview within a week. I was provided dates and company material. After a week later, I was notified of the case study and interview with Manager. Although I was not selected, I had an overall good experience. The people and A&A department were clear on the expectations of the role and next steps.
I had an interview where folks from the people team seemed completely uninterested and distracted throughout. It was clear they were busy with other tasks and didn’t give the interview the full attention. The only question asked was, "Tell us about yourself," with no follow-up or engagement. To add to the frustration, I had to provide my resume multiple times—apparently, keeping track of candidate materials isn’t a priority. The overall experience felt disorganized and unprofessional.

"I had an interview with Talent Acquisition. It went normally until when the interviewers asked if I had any questions. When I asked about the company process of getting project manager certifications in the future, The director seemed annoyed at my question. Then I just mentioned that I'd wanted to enhance my career opportunities - she got irritated and said it didn't matter what certs I had and degraded my academic achievements, saying that they don't really matter at risk3sixty.
I just wanted to enhance my career academically and in cybersecurity, there are important certs (CompTIA, CISM) that I was curious about. That experience made the interview feel rude.
