Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a week or so later to schedule a 30 minute conversation. Conversation basically went over prior experience in general, as well as the recruiter mentioning many times that they work A LOT and odd hours. I mentioned many times that I also have worked long hours for good causes. The recruiter brought up a concern about me mentioning on my resume that I exceeded KPIs consistently. There was the mention that they weren't really concerned about sales or expansion numbers and that they were focused on helping the customer. I mentioned in detail how I focus on the customer and the numbers follow as a mere reflection of taking care of people. Apparently they were not looking for a high achieving, experienced CSM who could help scale a team in a hyper-growth environment. I left the process unsure of what they were looking for, how the CSMs operate, what the team looks like, how the departments interact with each other, etc.
