There is so much that is positive about Banjo, so I am sorry to hear your experience with Banjo was not positive. We have learned through experience that the speed at which Banjo operates is difficult for some people to navigate, so we have gone to great lengths to describe the environment in a no-nonsense way so candidates know what they can expect working at Banjo.
The last thing we want is for someone to join the company because they are excited about our mission but then become frustrated because the pace and demands are more than they anticipated.
