Save yourself the time. Applied for a one of the engineer position and had a screening call with the founder. Here's what the experience looked like:
– Call was rescheduled last-minute by them; I rearranged my schedule to make it work
– The interview tone was condescending throughout
– Sent a thank-you email after — never heard back. No offer, no rejection, just silence
Ghosting candidates after they've already been flexible and courteous is a choice that tells you a lot about how a company operates. If this is how they treat people they're trying to recruit, imagine the internal culture.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa sunday (Atlanta, GA).
Entrevista
6 rounds and a case study. Recruiter asked me to meet with them while I was on my honeymoon and the day after thanksgiving as she promised me an offer. Then I was ghosted. DO NOT APPLY HERE!

They asked me weird questions like what music I listen to.
Screening call with recruiter, followed by a call with the Sales Manager. The next step is a comprehensive business case study. What's odd is this "business case" is in 3 parts and takes hours to complete without guarantee of another interview. You have to research 10 target accounts, personas, what products to recommend, pitch emails, objection handling, roi documents, build a full sales deck...basically free work for them.
Turned it in and no response from the sunday team except being told to block off my calendar for a 3rd round interview while they review. Followed up, still no response. Completely ghosted.
Not even so much as a "we decided to proceed with a different candidate". Really poor way to treat candidates. Do not recommend interviewing here.

Name a time in your sales career where you overcame an objection to close a deal. What did you do and how did you handle it?
