There will be 5 rounds of interviews:
1. Technical Round 1 (TR1):
Assesses your past project experience, technical skills, and overall practical understanding of your tech stack. Includes system design scenarios and 1–2 easy-to-medium coding questions. (60–90 mins)
2. Technical Round 2 (TR2):
A deep dive into your tech stack, design patterns, SOLID principles, writing scalable microservices, and cloud knowledge (if applicable). This round goes from surface-level to in-depth discussions. 1–2 easy-to-medium coding questions(60–90 mins)
3. Technical Round 3 (TR3):
Discussion with an architect-level professional. Evaluates how well your capabilities align with project needs, focusing on problem-solving, system design, and performance improvements. (60 mins)
4. Hiring Manager Round (HMR):
Assesses your skills, past experience, and your approach to writing scalable, maintainable, and clean code. Also evaluates alignment with the team culture and project requirements. (60 mins)
5. HR Round:
A general discussion to learn about each other (you and the company) and for salary negotiation. (15–30 mins)
