They go through the theory and physical tests. Asks you to troubleshoot a problem that they have created. They also ask scenario based questions such as what would you do with a frustrated customer and etc.

Interview proccess was straight forward, pretty much just wanted to get to know you. Questions from what studies, what have you been doing, interests and hobbies etc. Afterwards a technical skills test performed on a laptop provided, from general IT questions like internet speeds and computer peripherals to ip addresses and command prompt related questions.
