My team was discussing bugs in the system and one developer said that he thinks there is a major bug in production and we should notify the business. I told him to keep it to himself, if business doesn't know about it there is no problem!!!! Problem was fixed before business found out and quietly put in production. Win Win for everyone, bonuses all around.
