Interview process was 4-5 months, from application in June to an offer the week of Thanksgiving. I had several screener calls, first in July, then ghosted, and they reached back out in September, than first round, then a second round, then they wanted me to come to Philly to work/interview in person for 2 days. It was a very intensive process for a little salary and seemed disorganized and was ultimately why I turned the job down. The whole process was overly comlicated and very long, and did not leave a great impression for how working at URBN (parent company) would be. The people at Terrain themselves were wonderful though!

- One interview, one hour long. Very casual, took place in person in the store. Friendly atmosphere. Was between me and the hiring manager. Many situational questions came up, and why do you want to work here came up as well.
